Fall Equinox "AcuBath" - Align with the Season

The Mindry Malibu • Malibu, CA

Fall naturally asks us to slow down, turn inward, and let go of what we don’t need to carry with us into the next season. As the energy around us begins to shift, it’s also an opportunity to notice what may feel heavy, depleted, stuck, or simply ready to be released.

Throughout the evening, each guest will receive individual acupuncture while resting through a full sound bath. The two practices complement each other beautifully — acupuncture helps support the body’s natural balance and flow of energy, while the vibrations of the sound bath help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and encourage a deeper state of rest. Together, they offer a way to work with both the physical and energetic body at the same time
